Tadase brings Bishie Sparkles!

EDIT/WARNING: Virtually nothing in this post really makes any sense. I’m just fangirling here. Proceed with caution.

Well wow, after what? Five months of trying, I finally brought myself to watch/marathon Shugo Chara! What progress! 36 episodes in two days when before it took me weeks to watch one. I’m blaming Fuyu for infecting me with Shugo Chara love. In 44 episodes of Shugo Chara, I got Bishie Sparkles, Ikuto hotness and euh … more bishie sparkles. I mean seriously, Bishie sparkles come up at least once an episode and Tadase bishie sparkles at least once every time he shows up. Not that I’m complaining, because otherwise he’d just get on my nerves. Bishie sparkles makes it alright though. All good! -thumbs up-

Crap, I need to stop saying Bishie Sparkles …

Ikuto on the other hand doesn’t need something like “bishie sparkles” to be awesome (I will die if he shows up with Bishie Sparkles one day though). If I had watched Shugo Chara before I did the rankings, I would’ve probably replaced a certain third place character with him. Ikuto just strikes a lot of points with: hotness, personality, Nakamura Yuuichi, violin, and nekomimi. Give him glasses and it’ll be perfect, even for just a second. Somehow, I feel as if there isn’t enough Ikuto in these 44 episodes. We need more of him. We need more of his violin playing. I mean, we only heard it like twice (three if you count when he played with Utau for Black Diamond). Speaking of which, I fainted at the sound of You-kyan’s kid voice in episode 42. But he just got one line “Imi, wakatennoka?”! I wanted to hear more of that voice! And Mini-Utau was just … absolute cuteness.

I love it when Ikuto and Tadase are together. Or to precise, I love how Tadase acts when Ikuto is around. He gets all tsundere it’s absolutely cute. BUT!

Nothing beats Amuto. GASP!? Me?! Shipping a straight couple more than a homo one? Shugo Chara breaks all the barriers. It’s like the epitome of all I can possibly love and moe about in a series. Music? Utau check and violin check. Hot bishie? Ikuto check! Nekomimi? Check! Cuteness? Rima check! Ranked seiyuu? You-kyan check! Female ranked seiyuu? Nana Mizuki check! Clothes? Amu’s style check! Trap? Nadeshikohiko check! Megane chara? Kairi check! Bishie sparkles? Chec- whoa, since when was this a category?! I thought Monokuro was a guilty pleasure. Shugo Chara’s like the king of all the un\disturbing guilty pleasures I have.

Back to Ikuto. Because I just had to come back to him. I need to mention that scene in episode .. euh, 38 was it? The one where Ikuto attempts to put his key into Amu’s lock … Oh god, why does that sound somewhat wrong? Well anyways, that had to be scene with the most ever sexual tension ever. Yeah, that phrase didn’t even make much sense. I was on edge. And I died when Ikuto said “It’s pretty tight, will it fit?” or something like that. To hear You-kyan say that kind of line out of BLCDs is … whoa, disturbing. Needless to say, I fell off my chair in that scene. This sucks, I think I might revise my anime guys ranking and somehow fit Ikuto in there. It’s waste not to rantwrite about him.

Next up, Iinchou! Kairi ~ going up the ranks in my favorite megane character. Or has he already reached the top? Sorry, but I can’t accept that Kairi’s in the fourth grade. That makes him like what? Nine, ten? He’s even got Bishie Sparkles. Gods was I pissed about him leaving. He didn’t get enough screen time! And he wasn’t even around for long! Why does he need to leave? Why? I didn’t even care as much about Nadehiko because I only started liking him after I found out he’s trap (yep, biased). The worst was that I already knew that he’d because I follow Fuyu’s Shugo Chara entries. Still -sob- it frustrates me. Kairi’s my second favorite character in Shugo Chara after Ikuto. Probably because he has the remaining characteristics I moe for that Ikuto doesn’t have … i.e. Glasses and cute personality. Plus, he’s voiced by Saiga Mitsuki. That’s a lot points right there. Utau’s my third favorite and fourth is …

Kuukai! I miss him! I want him back! Please show up again soon.

But now returning to Utau. Just wow. I don’t blame her for becoming a fangirl around her own blood brother. I would too if he was that hot. Maybe. But I’m running out of ways to say “awesome” so let’s leave it at that. All the screen staring is taking the words away from me.

And a Ikuto shot to end the post. I can’t decided which episode is my favorite between 33 and 42. All the charanaris in the episode 42 was just too awesome … Ikuto’s in particular. I kept on replaying it because it was just that awesome. I can’t get enough of this guy. I’m still waiting to get tired of him but it doesn’t seem like it’s going to happen anytime soon. … -dreams away- … the tail … thin waist (whoa, when was the last time I used that?) … -giggles-

-cough- Speaking of charanaris, my God was I wide-eyed when Tadase did his first charanari. It wasn’t Bishie Sparkles anymore! It was Bishie Diamonds! And those frills. Whoa.

Okay, sorry this is the last shot. I just didn’t want to end the post talking about Tadase. Damnit, Kairi’s one precocious kid! Confessing to Amu like that! He’s so honest and cute and … … glasses (biased to the end). And he beat Tadase! Sigh, I’m going to miss him more than Kuukai. He had better show up again soon or I might die … Well, I might be alright if there’s some Amuto to distract me. Har, at least Kairi left with flare. You win Kairi! -glomps-
