Junjo Romantica 2 – 04 (Egoist 2-1)

Ah beautiful sweet Egoist! How I have missed you so! I can’t believe myself for forgetting the whole ‘name’ arc. I forgot the anime didn’t get to it yet. Okay, so there’s a bunch who dislike these two because they’re angsty and a little bit toot dramatic. But hey, it’s rare you find yaoi devoid of angst.
Waifuuu ~
Anyways, the whole episode was very Nowaki-centric; mostly about his worries concerning Hiroki. As we all know, he’s an idiot for worrying so much but hey; it’s what makes Nowaki, Nowaki. The way he cares so much that is. Of course, he’s been worrying about this all for a while but the name thing was what threw him completely off.
Looks like Nowaki’s been reading a few Haruka Minami manga.
Between scenario A, B, C which one did you prefer?

(EDIT: WTF?! Poll’s aren’t working!)

As for me, I’m all for the naked apron scenario.
Egoist is the link between Romantica and Terrorist. Notice how Nowaki and Hiroki are the only ones who know all the other pairings characters. Not sure about Shinobu-chan though. But everyone else both Hiroki and Nowaki know. I think Misaki’s, Miyagi’ and Usagi’s cameo’s prove that. The cameo thing was great though. Speaking of which, I wonder what’ll Shinobu do if he saw this side of Miyagi.
Cute Misaki cameo. I’m seriously wishing a scenario where all the pairings meet each other. Do you know how awesome that’d be? But since I know it won’t happen … there’s always fanfiction. I’d better start writing.
I have a friend who calls Nowaki ‘the perfect boyfriend’. If we aren’t arguing about the meaning of ‘perfect’ then I’d probably have to agree. Nowaki’s handsome, he worries, he cares, he tries, he’s got his cute sides and he’s got flaws. He can be totally cute puppy sometimes too. Albeit, he isn’t cuter than this ‘puppy’ but still.
Now what’s Junjo without the chibi scenes? This was particularly cute. No explanations needed. It was just too damn cute.
Facepalm.
You’re doing it wrong.
Classic Egoist pose.
I seriously don’t see a back hug the same way anymore. Hiroki’s much too cute.
In other news, -drifts off- I just watched the second OVA of Ikoku Irokoi Romantan, which as a fujoshi should know, features ItouKen (Hiro-chan’s seiyuu) uke. It was odd going from Hiroki to Ranmaru ‘cuz the two are quite similiar. The difference being Ranmaru’s honesty and manliness. Hur.
I’ve got nothing to say. I just love the shot. Sue me.
The cutest scene of the episode. I was waiting for this since the beginning of episode since I knew it was coming. Nowaki’s puppy-cuteness was too adorable. Hiro-san! Hiro-san! Hiro-saaa~n!
The epilogue part was an ironic one + panda invasion. This is all Hiro-chan’s dreaming. How cute. He was only blaming Nowaki for thinking up weird fantasies a while ago too.
(Let me get this straigh; Romantica = Bears, Egoist = Panda …does that mean Terrorist’s got the duck?)

Anyways, finally a good break from Romantica. I’ve checked the site and there’s no preview for next week’s episode yet. Hopefully it’ll be Terrorist because I don’t want to get back to Romantica so soon.

I always forget ItoKen plays Hiroki, and then remember at the most awkward times, like when I’m hearing him as a gay bar’s flamboyant “mama” in ‘Ai Daro, Ai!!’… D8
