[Nutshell] Umineko no Naku Koro ni 01 – “Uuuu ~”

I’ve got an unbelievably good tolerance for things that most people say absolutely suck and a horribly bad tolerance for things most people say is epic. Of course, I try to make exceptions the exceptionally good stuff … but I always watch those months after everyone’s over it. (Like Gurren Lagann for example.)

That said, I actually liked the first episode of Umineko.

Hetalia Axis Powers 23 – “Tomatoes cause Uselessness”

“Fufufu, now that we’ve got the shota covered, let’s move onto incest!”

Episode 23 introduces Liechtenstein and re-introduces her Onii-sama Switzerland (who I’ll call Vash now because I’m a lazy ass who doesn’t want to type Switerland repeatedly) in the first part. Afterwards, we are given a possible reason for Italy’s weakness and finally Romano’s back with more fun!

Maiden Rose OVA 1 – Giant Chins can kill!

Maiden Rose introduces “giant chins can fuck a person to death”.

If you understood what I just said, you know you’re already broken inside.

Hyakujitsu no Bara was originally a manga by Fusanosuke Inariya gone Drama CD and now Anime. I listened to the drama CD so long ago that all I remember is the non-con and violent sex, but I’ve read the manga recently enough to remember the story. If “non-con” and “violent” didn’t hit you yet, let me tell that Maiden Rose isn’t a quiet walk in the park with a happy gay couple frolicking through the flowers. (Not that you’d see that anywhere anyway.)
